The hourly rate includes the total time in venue (i.e. setup, event, take downs, and cleaning) To reserve your rental date, we must receive a check for rental and cleaning fee

*The Cleaning Fee refund is based on the cleanliness of the Teton Event Center after your event. If there are cleanliness issues or damage, those costs will be deducted from the Cleaning Fee.
